Welcome to The Mallorca Property Company, a unique, full service, real estate agency, located in Mallorca. 

 

Having gone through the process of buying and selling a property in Mallorca a few times, I realised how stressful the experience is. Between the language barrier, lack of knowledge of local laws and the need for several different professionals to ensure the transaction completes correctly, it can be very stressful.

As the number of people buying property here in Mallorca is increasing all the time, I decided to set up an agency to remove the stress and worry out of the buying and selling process. I  also wanted to help people avoid costly mistakes and lengthy delays.
